2025 Field Blend (65% Grenache 22% Shiraz 13% Mataro)
The three separate blocks for the 2025 Field Blend were all picked on the 4th of March and fermented together for 12 days. The wine was then pressed to a single French oak hogs head, where it rested for 15 months before hand bottling on site on the 17th of July 2025.
The Field Blend is becoming an icon of the Izway range, with very limited production leading to extremely high demand. The distinctive way it is picked and fermented gives it a striking texture and layered complexity unlike anything else that we make.
The fruit has been organically grown, made and hand bottled at Izway at our off-grid winery. The wine has at no stage left the growing site.
Only 350 bottles produced- third vintage release.
