A beautifully balanced wine which is fresh, vibrant and highly aromatic. A true statement from the Eden Valley.
Harold Fisher was an old, traditional, grain farmer who bought tractors from my dad. His name also bestows Dad’s favourite fishing rod. Much like Harold we think this wine will improve with age.
The 2017 Harold is a breathtaking wine. A soft and layered nose roves from cherry and roasted nuts to hints of sweet red berries. The palate replicates this spice and bright fruit, and the silky tannin glides and meanders in harmony with these charismas.
The wine is a noble tribute to this vineyard, with 2017 being the last release of Harold from this site.
